Frame Advisor
How to determine your face shape and select a suitable frame which suits your face.

a) Look at a photo of yourself that has the hair off the face.

b) Compare your photo to the face shapes below. Even though your face may not be an exact match of any single shape, it will resemble one shape over all.

SQUARE SHAPE
Wide forehead, cheek and chin area. This jaw is relatively angular in appearance.

Correction
Soften angles, add length if needed.

Frame
If the frame is slightly wider then the face, it will cause the face to appear narrower. Round, hearted shaped or rimless frame are a good choice to balance out this face shape

DIAMOND SHAPE
Forehead and jaw line are narrow with wide and high cheekbones.

Correction
This is the hardest face shape to correct. Extend forehead and chin area, minimize temple area.

Frame
Butterfly frame is the best because of the extension of the top and bottom edges. Other style that look good are square or a combination frame.

OVAL SHAPE
What most consider to be a well balanced face. The top half balances the bottom half.

Correction
If the face is full, lengthen it. If the face is thin, refer to oblong.&

Correction

OBLONG or RECTANGLE SHAPE
Long, Narrow, face (Oblong), with a squarish chin (rectangle)

Correction
Shorten face and add width, softens edges if rectangle.
